• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing fully integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff to flight
• Experience in at least 2 of the following disciplines: paid media, website builds, creative campaigns, lead-generation programs
• Strong organizational skills to help diverse teams stay on track
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while overcoming challenges

• Experience in crafting enjoyable client and agency experiences
• A team player willing to contribute to internal initiatives and share knowledge
